Data missing from ecc to psa

Hi All,

I have got a issue when iam loading data from ECC(SAP R/3). There are some 40 lakhs record in R/3 when i checked in extractor checker, But when its getting loaded into BW upto PSA the request is automatically showing the status green and data is not fully loaded its showing something around 20 lakhs odd.

Iam loading full repair full request and i dint face any problem when i have loaded earlier, the data was getting perfectly matched with the ECC system(RSA3).

I am bit confused why the system is behaving like this.

Please suggest.
