PT61

Hi Gurus,

Can any body give me some idea about PT61, how important it is and what are the things those should be taken into account before giving the authorization to a user, How the authorization will impact the system

    It creates an overview of the time results, I dont see any critical impact in the system. If you go to the transaction and press shift + F1 you will have quite a lot information about this transaction

    Dear Raj,

    PT61 just give the overview of the time data in an HR-FORM format. You can create our own HR-FORM through PE50. Acc to me, this report does not create an impact to the original time records just fetch the data to show in the report.

    Dear Raj,

    as fredrico said correctly PT61 is the only tiem statement form which gives you the details of every activity taken in time.

    it does not have impact on the system. its just a standard report(form).
