Design Studio Scorecard background color of a cell based on the value

I am using Design Studio 1.6 SP 3. Is there any way, using CSS, to get a background color of a cell based on the value in the cell? I would need to have the background of the cell colored green if the value is >= 90%, yellow if the value is < 90% and > 75% and red if <= 75%. I am using Universe queries. Thank you.

Hi Susan.

I have same requirement. I've tried to get every cell data,but I'm false when I use CSSto change the color by data.
