XI 3.0 SR1 SP10 - Complete Cache update problem !!!

Hi all,

I am trying to do a complete cache refresh from Integration Directory to Integration Server but it is still in error.

First, I do it on Integration server side with SXI_CACHE transaction without success.

The result is the same from Integration Directory using the "Instance cache update" push button in the "Cache Notification" window.

All notifications have green light but the "Cache Updated" status is still "Not yet starting" (orange square legend !!) in the Integration Directory

For help entries:

- the service user XIISUSER is always locked after each "Complete cache refresh" attempt

- XIISUSER is only locked in J2EE engine...(on ABAP stack side , it is unlocked!!!)

- "Delta cache update" with SXI_CACHE transaction is working fine

- RFC and HTTP seems to be OK

Hi,

Pls take a look at OSS note 816169. This new note addresses cache activiation problem in ABAP.

The note is still in German, not yet translated.

Hi,

I investigate the note but requirement is to get package SAPKB64012 installed.

Our XI system is at SAPKB64010 level.

SAPKB64012 and SAPKB64011 packages are not yet available from SAP Market place site

Any ideas on that point ?
