Crystal Reports (based on BW-Queries) Publication fails (FBE60502)

Hello,

I have a problem with publication a crystal report which is based on BW queries.

I found the SAP Note u201E1544713 - Crystal Reports Publication fails with Internal error (FBE60502)u201C which says that I shoud Modify the SAP BW Query so that the parameter accepts only distinct values.

If I change the parameters, the reports is unable to run.

So I searched again and found SAP note u201E1434522 - unable to successfully schedule or refresh a report if we do not enter a value for all parametersu201C.

In this note I get the info: u201EFor existing reports using BW Query created with mandatory variables, it is unfortunately not possible to modify the parameter to become an optional parameter once the report has been created, even when the BW Query variables has been modified from Mandatory to Optional.u201C So I Think, that I can't change the parameters.

Can somebody help me?

with kind regards

Stephan

I try to explain it more.

I have a crystal report (1), wich based on some BW-Queries as DataSource. (I use sub-reports). The second report (2)is based on a Excel-sheet.

Now I try to use the publication auf the BO-Server to save the first report(1) with different parameters. The parameters are saved in the second report (2).

If I run the publication, I get the error FBE60502. So I used the x-Serche an found SAP Note 1544713 wich sounds good for my problem. But I change the parameters in the query the crystal report unable to run.

So I searched again and found SAP Note 1434522 wich means, that I canu2019t change the parameters if I have an existing report. (Is this correct?)

Do you have an Idea that I can use the publication, without creating a new BW-Query with a new Crystal Report?

    Hope I explained it ok.

    with kind regards

    Stephan
