WebDynpro doesn't show up in Developer Studio as Project wizard

Hi,

I have EP6 SP10 installed with Developer Studio SP10. When I click "New Project," Web Dynpro does not display as an option. I've checked and all the plugins are in the plugins directory so how do I create a Web Dynpro project?

Thanks,

Andrew

    Hi Andrew,

I also have NDS IDE SP10 installed and do see WebDynPro under "new project".

I have not got a solution for you but I thought that you would like to know that it does not look like an SP10 release issue.

    Cheers,

    Vic

    Hi all,

Just to update. I had a bad install which stemmed from a bad extraction of the SAR file. Make sure to extract the SAR file into something like c:\ide instead of 4 levels deep like I had. During the extraction, it created a path too long for Windows which happens to be the WebDynpro stuff.

    Thanks for the reply.

    Andrew
