how to start JCoo manually

I have cheked out the below URLs:

At this point, I receive the following message:

"Error when starting instance. DIAGNOSIS: Cannot start instance 'JC00' on host <computer name>. SOLUTION: You need to start the instance manually and choose 'OK' to continue."

How do I start JCoo manually?

I tried to find an exe I could double click to start the process. The directory C:usrsapJ2EJC00exe and it has 34 exe files.

The services list has some sap* process already running and the others won't start if I manually try to start them

Please help.
