Hi ,

When I send Shop Order to SAP ME from ECC, every time planned routing also coming.I don't want planned routing coming from ECC to SAP ME and stored.

Do I need to change the XSLT or Is there a way to avoid the routing?

Regards,

Guru.

Hi Guru,

Doesn't 'Ignore Routing Update' System Rule work for you?

Best regards,

Hi Alex,

I guess if you set the rule Ignore Routing Update to True then SAP ME will not allow the updates you make in routing in ECC.But still Routing will come to SAP ME. Is n't it?

In fact I already set the rule true. But still I am getting .

Hi Guru,

Yes, if that System Rule set to true, ME ignores an update to the Routing record specified in the SAP Order download. Thereby I don't see any problem Routing is comming with an Order.

If you do not want to send it, you need to change configuration in POIT. As far as I remember there are options like 'Production orders for global selection'.

Hi Alex,

Thank you. Can you tell me what are all parameters I need to give in Global Selection Parameters?

Hi Alex,

What is the change in the configuration in POIT?

Hi Guru,

I don't remember by heart all POIT options, you may address your question to PP forum if you want. But I remember that there is 'Production orders for global selection' section that affects Roting sending.

Again, from ME application perspective I do not see any problem if Routing commes but does not update because of the 'Ignore Routing Update' System Rule.

Kind regards,

Alex.

Hi Alex,

If Routing comes every time, the operator need to clean/remove the routing while releasing the order. Over a period of time all these routings will be in the system with out use.like a mess.

Thank you.

Guru.
