Odd Web-UI user behavior

We are migrating to CRM7.0

We have one user who cannot stretch the column in Search results for instance on nay search, whether it be Contact , Opportunities, etc.

All other Web-Ui users have the capability to stretch these columns manually. They all user the same business role. ZSALESPRO

I cleared the cache in the browser and tehn relogged in but this doesnt work.

Any thoughts?

    Hi,

I would suggest to request the user to login to other machine( and in same browser - may be IE ) where this is working. In such way you can rule out one of the possibilities and will have clear idea if this is a user auth issue or this is machine/browser issue.

I think it should be browser...

    Regards,

    BJ

I logged on to PC with his ID as well as another colleague . The results were the same. We checked with the Security person and he said the user has the same roles and authorizations as others and all were built with a Std Sap Mass Add Program at the same time.
