Different between SAP WEB AS 6.20 and 6.40

Dear All,

We are about to upgrade our SAP WEB AS 6.20 to 6.40 but i want to check what the difference is between 6.20 to 6.40.

Therefore can anybody direct me to where i will find any document that compares the two version..
