Bad quality of images in preview mode

Hello,

we have the problems after our project migrating from .NET Framework 1 (Visual Studio 2003) to .NET Framework 4.0 (VS 2010 and SAP Crystal Reports).

Report layouts contain Blob fields for images.

The problem is the quality of these images makes worse in comparison with reports generated by old project.

I tried to find the solution but I didn't. We can't use pictures or OLE objects instead of these fields because the list of images is created dynamically. Fields in report have less resolution than original images size, so CR compresses them.

Thanks a lot,

Nadiia

In the report designer, go to 'Report Options' and then select 'Retain Original Image Color Depth'.

Sorry, it doesn't work.

I've found in some topics the proposal to use OLE fields but I can't bind the blob data to it.

I don't have any other ideas. It may be worth considering creating a phone case here:

and get this investigated in more details and perhaps reported for a fix.
