webi report with restricted data regionwise through email for users

Hi friends,

I have a webi report which should go through Email on region wise data for users in Excel format.

In that WEBI report we have reagion wise data like East, West, North & South.

We have also user list from these different regions.

When report send through email in Excel format then only particular region data should be send to that region users only.

Means East region users should displayed only East region data.

The report is schedule on daily basis.

Kindly let me know how can implement this restrictions.
