Hi all,

How can check the BDOC messages in the system.

how can able to check the BDOC messages for a particular BP.

How can i am able to create BDOC for the same.

Please answer the query as it will be helpful.

Hi Prajith ,

Incase of BP, Delta upload to ECC from crm can be created in R3AC1

1. Access the activity using one of the following navigation options:

Transaction code R3AC1

SAP CRM menu Architecture and Technology à Middleware à Data Exchange à Object Management à Business Objects

2. Ensure that you are in change mode. Choose Display <-> Change (Ctrl+F1).

3. To set the filter for the business object BUPA_MAIN, click on the filter symbol.

4. Go to the tab Filter Settings.

5. In the field Source Site Name, choose the site source of your data (normally OLTP).

6. Choose the relevant data for your filter settings, for example you can specify the customer numbers for replication.

7. Save your settings.

This creates BDOCs

Hi Praith,

1.How can check the BDOC messages in the system.

By using the tcode smw01 and smw02 you can find the BDoc in the system.

2.how can able to check the BDOC messages for a particular BP

Using the above Tcode give the serach criteria Bdoc Type as BUPA_MAIN. you can find all Bdocs related to customers. If you know the User name that it is possible to search for particular BP.

3.How can i am able to create BDOC for the same.

Change the information in BP details and you can find a BDOC for the same. and select the relevant time in search. you can find the BDoc in search.
