Storage process and process step not written into HU header after picking

Hey guys,

requesting your help for the follwing problem.

I have a storage process on outbound side with two steps (picking & loading). So after picking the HUs are placed on staging and from there loaded to truck.

I create the WTs and storage process and process step is written in the WTs correctly. Now I start picking and confirm the HUs to the destination bin (which is staging in our simple process). For any reason the storage process and the process step is not written into HU header. After picking I would have expected the picking step there and the step completion flag.

Any idea what is missing in customizing or where I could check for the reason.

Note:

We have two different picking processes - it is not working for any of them:

- pick complete HU from bulk -> here the level of available qty in storage type is the location and user enters HU during picking -> HU is placed on staging and storage process & step not in HU header

- pick from pick bin into pick-HU -> Pick-HU is placed on staging and storage process & step not in HU header
