Unable to perform initial download from R/3 to EBP

Hi all,

I am not able to do the initial download of material master from r/3 to srm.It shows the error that the "Object is in the status "wait".

Also, I am able to upload the materials from EBP to R/3.

Is this problem due to customizing settings or due to rfc connection?Also the steps for initial download specifies the CRM middleware path.So is there any setting to be done related to CRM. Please Help.
