how to delete a record in infotype 1001 and 1000?

i read the thread you posted. but infotype 1001 belongs to OM, would you know what particular function module do i need to use to delete a record from this infotype?

Hi,

Take a look at http://www3.telus.net/kbarter/SAP_Functions.html and search for HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATION. The page contains a good illustration for the FM. I don't see any reason why I can't specify an infotype from OM in this FM...have you tried it?

Hi

For 1001 records you can use "RH_DELETE_INFTY_1001" or "RH_DELETE_INFTY_1001" as Anand told. To delete a 1000 record you can use "RH_DELETE_INFTY". To delete the entire object, you can use "RH_OBJECT_DELETE" (its name may be "RH_DELETE_OBJECT", I generally confuse )
