How to update SWF file automatically

Hi

I am working on Xcelsius Here I have an issue Please Help me

I created a dashboard and export it as PDF file and send it to my client.

The dashboard is being update every 30 mins using "refresh every" option in data manger

Note:PDF and XLF files are in different systems

The PDF file is not updating in client system as per dashboard refreshing

I request you to all please tell how to update PDF file,or tell me is there any another type to export the dashboard to update like above
