BPC users not able to see the connections or cannot connect to connection/models

Our BPC end users cannot see the connections to connect to models. This is a new system. Connections do not show up in the connection Manager after logging in. Did a BW trace on the issue. RC12 showed up against UJ_ID_TL (attached the error). We checked the task profile, team the users are assigned to. Also checked data access profiles and made sure access is given to all the secured dimensions. Wondering whether anyone has any input on this? Issue on the BW side access or BPC access?

    Looks like you have errors with security setup! Have you read security guide?

    But you provide absolutely no information... The attached screenshot is useless!
