Pls Explain me Xcelsius Based on From SAP BO Vs Xcelsius Based SAP BI-BO

We are creating Xcelsius Dashboard,

Can we create xcelsius Dashboard based on webi report(where there no SAP BI),

What are disadvantages are there with this.

And if we create xcelsius Dashboard based on SAP BI.

What are advantages.
