Hi,
I ma working on a requirement to perform duplicate check on Business Partners(Accounts) in CRM WebUI. I have performed all the steps needed for it inculding activating index and duplicate check, initial idexing, setting the profiles and setting the threshold. Now I am able to see dupliate check pop up in GUI but not in WebUI. Please help me on following 2 aspects:
1. What additional steps is needed to activate it in webui? such that 'Show duplicate' button is activated once i try to create dupliate account.
2. How can i change field on which duplication check is performed. Currrently it is for fields like- House Number, Street, Name, Postal Code and City. When I try to change it in via configuration in service profile(Fine Matching), it is throwing a warning and not allwoing me to make changess in fields configured?
Any link or documenatation in this regard would be of great help.
