Read .txt file from Interactive Form

Hi experts!

My question is there is a way to read a txt file (stored in the local machine) from a Offline pdf form.

Any idea is welcome!

    Leslie,

    You may be able to accomplish this through javascript behind a button.

    Just google it and you should find examples of how to code it. The problem, at least to me, is what are you going to do with it once you get it?

    You may need some more advanced javascript adivice to map that data to where you need it to go.
