Event in ALV

Hi All,

I am using alv list to display the data.

I want show the total of amount in a doc at the end .

Hw shoule i determine the end of particular document.

    Hey Dilip,

    Please elaborate on your problem. What document are you talking about? What's the format and how are you getting the details of the document into your ALV? Does is span multiple lines in the ALV grid?

    Hi Dilip...

    if you want to get the sum of a particular field in ALV, then while creating the Fieldcatalog, set the DO_SUM property of that particular field. When the program is executed, the sum is displayed at the end of the report. YOu do not have to worry about the end of the report.
