Pricing condition not getting displayed in sales order

Former Member

Hi,

I have a custom pricing condition - ZXYZ. When I initially create the sales order, this is being determined and displayed in sales order.

However, when I edit and save the sales order, it is not being displayed.

I am not sure, why it is happening?

Could you please help me out with some inputs?

Thanks,

Sandeep

Hi Michael ,

The problem is:

When I release the sales order (to ecc), this pricing condition is getting removed. So, during replication some thing is going wrong.

Not sure, where exactly I have to check.

Can you please help me?

Thanks,

Sandeep

Hi Sandeep,

The condition type must eixist in ERP. Also you should check the parmaeter PRICINGTYPE in table SMOFPARSFA. See point 2c in note 490932. So that no redetermination on replication to ERP is done you should set this to G.

I hope this helps.

Kind regards,

Vanessa.

Hi Sandeep,

would check the following:

a) are there any errors / exceptions in the VMC log if you edit the condition?

b) is the condition stored in the DB table PRCD_COND after editing?

c) for web client UI: is there any implementation of the BADI CRM_PRCIL_CORE_BADI, which probably restricts output?

d) any other BADI (e.g. for order save), which potentially removes the condition?

Best Regards,

Michael
