Delete STO generated from Allocation Table

Hi gurus,

I created an allocation table and generate following document using WA08 from that allocation table. As a result Seasonal PO is generated and STO is created.

After that user realized that the allocation table is incorrect, so they would like to delete the STO and PO.

I deleted the STO from ME22N, then when I want to delete the seasonal PO from WPOHF4X, it got an error saying that following document exists thus cannot be deleted.

I tried to delete the distribution in WF30 also doesn't help. It seems that when I delete the STO, the status from the Allocation table is not updated.

Any idea how to delete the STO and the PO?

Thanks.

There is a table that store the link connection in Merchandise Distribution.

I can't recall the table name.

There, it keep track on the CPO as well as STO link.

You may want to look at the table declaration in WA30.

      Hi Colin,

I check the table already but when I enter the document nothing is shown.

Even I put the procurement number.

      Thanks.

    Dear Dwi,

Could you find a solution to this problem using standart transactions?

    Kind regards,

    Murat

    Hi,

An allocation table is not limited to only that particular STO or PO.

Deleting the downstream documents would not delete the allocation table.

zero in on deleting the downstream document from table FRET and EKKO and then modifying the status of the allocation table or deleting it.

    Hope it helps.

    bye
