Hi,
When we try to create a limit SC in SRM 7.0, in the delivery address tab the 'name' field is disabled? But when I create a SC with free text the field 'name' is enabled and allows to change the delivery address?
Is there any reason why i cannot change the delivery address in Limit SC.

Delivery address will not be there for limit shopping carts since you are going to post only invoice and no good receipt so you are not informing the supplier where you wanted to deliver.it is standard SAP SRM behavior
The same applicable in SRM 500 too
