Dear Gurus,
I have a issue with VC01N-Create sales activity screen.
When I run "follow up actions" for creating customer order SAP gives error as:
"Internal error: Precondition 001 in program SAPLV43E violated!"
How can I fix this issue?

If the SAP system is upto version 4.6D, then implement OSS Note 314442 - Logical system sales activity processing.
Otherwise debug include LV43EF02. Is this process use IDOC? Check whether logical systems are defined correctly or not(t.code BD54).

SAP system ECC 6.0. So I think I do not need to implement OSS NOTE.
In addition I have checked BD54 logical systems.
At that screen there is no entry..Should I add one?If yes could you tell step by step how to do it?

Does this process use IDOC? If so, then get help from Basis to set-up the logical destination on where to send the IDOC. If the process does not use IDOC, then you must de-bug the program and find the reason for the error message.
