Call list processing in IC

Hi,

We are using campaign management for outbound scenario. The call list would be generated, activated and assiged to the IC agent group.

The call list will have the start on and stop on date for calling the BPs in the call list.

I need a help in one of the scenario:

The IC agent makes an outbound call by selecting one of the BP in the call list and if the BP doesnt receive the call and IC agent clicks on 'END' button on IC then call status become completed but actually the call was not received by the BP.

Now how to find out that which call was not received. Even the IC agent may click on 'END' button by mistake...

I know we need to reschedule such calls but is there a way to find out such calls which were not completed because the BP didnt receive the call or IC agent clicked 'END' by mistake.
