Hi

From maintenance order service PR is generated,after that relevant operation is deleted &

TECO for the order is also done , but still deletion flag is not set to the PR automatically & in t-code ME52N

also, deletion flag can not be set now.Please let me know why deletion flag is not set for that PR

& how can I set deletion flag now?

If PO has been raised then deletion flag will not set by SAP for relevant items.Please check PO for the PR.

Hi

Thanks .But even no PO has been created so far.Also, when I had gone through the document flow of maintenance order , it is showing the PR no, but when I am trying to view from operation tab page , system is not showing any PR .Even i had done display deleted on option .In ME53N, in PR, system is showing account assignment category as the same maintenance order no.

So ,what might have happened ? Is it the reason that PR is blocked ? but still in operation tab page at least that PR no should be reflected, nor even in table AFVC , that PR no is reflecting.while in PR display in t-code ME53N,system is showing that this is generated from MO and even as per document flow of the MO also PR is generated from MO.

Please explin what might happened & how can I put deletion flag for the PR ?

You cannot directly delete PRs, You can only mark them as "deleted". To delete them phisically from DB you have to "archive" them via transaction SARA.

Dustbin icon will be set after deletion for purchase requistion.Look for the dustbin icon.

thanks.But deletion flag is not set to the PR.My question even though corresponding opearation is deleted , but deletion flag is not marked to PR.Even the order is also TECO completed & no PO available corresponding to the PR

Ensure customer exit is not implemented to avoid deletion flag for purchase requistions.If no custom solution is implemented then go for OSS.

There is no custom solution applied for that as for newly created MO & service PR ,it is happening & earlier also it happened.
