Queues Stopping

Hi,

I tried to send a few messages through XI and the queues get abruptly stopped...Can't understand why? I had did some settings in SXMSJOBSCHEDULER but I am not able to revert the settings, it always says that "A periodic job has been set". I need to revert this setting but not sure how to do it...

Checking on the queues they show a "STOP" sign....

Any ideas , guys!!1

    Hi Teresa,

    This does not mean your message is too big - this seems to be the answer to any question people do not know the real answer. We are getting the same issue with an 10k message.

    This means there is an issue with the qRFC queues in XI.

    In SXMB_MONI click on the queue name for the stopped message. This will display the queue. You should see the message in the queue. The queue will be "stopped". Click on the <Activate> button to re-activate the queue. This may work. If it does not, the message will need to be deleted from the queue.

    I am going to raise an OSS call regarding this on Monday as this looks like a bug to me.

    it might be that your message is too big.

    What Xi version do you use ? 2.0 or 3.0 ?
