Hi!

I'm getting the following error while doing PGI -VL01N

Delivery has not yet been put away/picked completely

Delivery has not yet been completely processed by WM

Hi,

The delivery must have automatically created a TO (Transfer Order) in the background and the stock must be picked, TO should be confirmed and only later you can issue goods.

If there was not TO then you could go to the picking tab and put the picking qty same as the delivery quanity and do PGI.

The Delivery is done but now when I do PGI, I get the following error-

"Number Range for the trans./event type WL in the year 2011 does not exist"

Hi,

The system is trying to do PGI and during PGI system generates a material document and accounting doc while PGI..

The relevant no ranges is not maintained for material doc defined by WL interval..

Please contact your LE/WM consultant to do the required maintenance.

Hi,

Please do the following, this would solve your error:

1) Create a new number range for a particular No. and year 2011. Use Tcode - FBN1 for creation of number range against the no. and year combination.

2) Go to Tcode OBA7 , Select document type "WL" and assign the No. created in Tcode FBN1 against year 2011.

This will resolve your error of PGI.
