Issue Related to LSO

Hi Experts,

When any participant is booked for a course the same booking date is not updated in IT2002, and also when we change the course date also it is not updating the attendance records with the changed date, as when user is trying to apply leave for the old course date, it is not allowing to book.

I checked the integration switch, it is active.

And also suggest the significance of table YPTALD

Please check switches in T77S0 table (SM30)

SEMIN AINST ???

PLOGI TIME = 1

Please check if any BADI is activated.

Check if IT0007 has any overlapping records... Mainly check the IT0007 how it is created and also

check IT2001 records.

Are you getting the error PB312 as well ?

Hi Experts,

I have checked all the integration switches and also the master data for IT0007 and IT2001, still when we booked the participation for future dates, it is not yet updated in IT2002, Kindly suggest.

Go to the Business event type using OOET. I dont remeber the tab there, but look for the NO INTEGRATION check box. Check this checkbox and then try booking the employee..

Hi,

Kindly advise, how the participants of certain course will be updated in IT2002, when the course dates changed with a new period, is there any manual activity we need to do for transferring the participants data to IT2002 and to delete the old records.
