Cannot create new flavor in Screen Personas 3.0

Hi,

we have installed SP3.0 SP04 in our system. We applied all the required notes and changed the system parameters.

when we try ti create a new flavor throught https://<host>:<port>/sap/bc/personas?sap-ie=edge&sap-client=100&sap-language=ES, nothing happens.

we click on + button on the right....

We click on Create button...

but, a few secconds later, nothing happens.

The editor doesn't came up.

What I'm missing?

That's all good... can you also run the Notes Checker and see if all notes are fine too?

If you don't get the list of notes, then you definitely don't have the necessary notes then you definitely are missing some of them, because there was a correction note fixing an issue with this feature.

Also, how about errors in the browser console when trying to create a flavor? Do you see any?

Thanks for your response.

We have runned the Health Check and everything was green, except for WD Compression, as you can see in the image below.

also, we have cleaned the MIME cache twice

Although you say that you have implemented all the notes and set the system parameters, such problems are often caused by a not fully up-to-date system. Double-check again whether all the applicable notes according to the master note 2376426 are indeed implemented and that you get all green lights for everything in the Health Check, including the listed notes in the Notes Checker.

Also, try to clear the MIME cache via the Admin transaction, and your browser cache as well.
