Problem in distributing license from CUA

Hi Friends,

I am trying to set license for a list of users from Su10 from CUA system but the license is being distributed to few child systems and not for few of other systems.

There is no error shown in SCUL and SCUM settings are fine.

Please help me in resolving this issue
