ODS built incorrectly Cannot update Request REQXYZ123

Hello everyone,

Iam loading data into an ODS from source system.

The loads works fine but not the activation.

I get the error "ODS built incorrectly Cannot update Request REQXYZ123xxxxx" and it says to load a paricualr request number first.

It was working fine until yesterday. But due to some problems we had to delete the existing data. After that Full load works fine and also the activiation. But when i activate the Delta request it gives error.

Can you please let me know the solution???

Thanks

KT

I'm not sure if it's related,

but as far as I know you cannot put full loads and delta loads in an ODS. You should replace the full loads with repair loads.

    Maybe this helps?

    hi KT,

i had a similar problem earlier - try reading SAP note 689964 and performing the steps described there.

you could read through my own explorations via this link:

data extraction via combination of full + init updates

    hope this helps immensely. =)
