Difference between delivery and delivery due list

Hi,

Can i know the difference between Delivery ( Transaction VL01N ) and Delivery due list ( Transaction VL01C).

Hi,

1. Through VL01N we can create delivery with order reference (only for a singe order we can create delivery )

2. As per my knowledge there is no tranction code with VL01C, I hope it was VL04 due list for delivey, you can use the delivery due list to process deliveries for all order items that are due for delivery at a certain time or within a certain period.

Sorry i made a mistake in typing Transaction code, instead of VL10C i wrote VL01C.

Can i know what is the exactly use of T.code VL10C.

Hi,

VL01N - Based on single sale order we can raise the delivery

VL10A - By using this Transaction we can select multiple sales order at a time ( without Line Item wise ) and we can delivery at a time . In this case you need to consider few points like

Same Shipping Point

Same Route Determination

Same Payment terms

Same Inco-terms

in the Customer master you need to check the Field "Order Combination"

You need to maintain the Copy Control

VL10C - By using this Transaction we can select the multiple sale orders with Line item wise and partially qty

and also what i mentioned above it should be applicable for this Transaction

I didn't find any Transaction like that can you please check and tel me the what is the exact Transaction

I did a mistake in typing Transaction VL10C ( I wrote it as VL01C ).

If u don't mind can i know the difference between line item and non line item. Please don't mistake me I am a fresher in SAP SD and I am still learning.

Hi,

For example in your sale order 10 line items are there , another sale order 5 line items are there but if you want to delivery only 5 line items from first sale order and 2 line items in Second sale order that is not possible through VL10 A , it is possible thorugh VL10C

In VL01N we can only delivery Single Purchase Order Delivery where as in VL10C we can do delivery for multiple purchse order. Is it correct what i understood?
