confirmed service order to update original sales order

u201C We need to update the original sales order which has triggered service order with the actual materials consumed.u201D

Any standard configuration please suggest.

    Hi,

    We have trigered a service order from sales order service product.Once service order is confirmed with all the consumed components,the original sales sales order should be updated with comoponents consumed in service order.

    • Hello

      Check your item catgory for the transaction.

      It should have relevent Repair proced. in service management section.

      Also, when you update service order status. The system should propose an additional line item with update component.

      Check your service order & repair procedure configuration.
