Create HR Infotype Reference?

Is there any reference in sap online help explaining how to create an HR infotype? if it is in which topic?

I have already find out the link through google. Is there any detail explanation such as why we have to choose PS structure... cause there is 3 more radio button beside PS Structure.

And how about if I want to create more then one subtype?
