Time Zone : Supplier Record or Contact Record

Hi Gurus,

For a Sourcing Event. On the Supplier side which Time Zone comes into Picture.

Supplier Record Time Zone or Contact Time Zone ?

Contact Time Zone.

Time zone for all buyers and suppliers would initially default to enterprise time zone but could be changed based on requirements. For Supplier contact. time zone assigned to the contact would apply.
