Hi Experts,
I have created some views under MY VIEW option in the portal. So those views are showing locally to my ID only not for all.
Is there any way, so other people can also look these queries?
Thanks
Murali

Hi,
I have created BEx query and published in Enterprise portal. Itu2019s working fine. I have created and saved some views under My Views option, those are showing under my ID. Not for all. My intention is not to show my view to me only but to all the users.
Do you think there is any way.
Thanks
Murali
Hello Murali,
If you want all users to be able to view an iview then you need to make that iview available in a role or workset that is assigned to all users. Have a look at this documentation which explains how to do this:

Hi Murali,
There are two things by which i am saying what you are trying is not possible,
1.The view you are saving will get stored in KM in a folder under your name that will have access to you alone even if you give access to other then also they cannot see.
2.Also the favorites iView will have the path /alias/userhome/<user.id>/favorites. as 'Path to Initially Displayed Folder'.The system will get the user id as the person who has logged in.So he can see his saved contents alone.
You can do one thing if you seriously want a all your contents to be visible to all the other users, then programmatically you have to copy the contents from your folder to others. This is as far as i know.
