Two document for one movement

By using Quality Notification Q2 type,in Action box i move my materrial unresticted to block area

now system create two documnet as follows

Movement type :344 and item :1 (moved qty as +)

Movement type :344 and item :2 (moved qty as -)

Why system create two item in one movemnet type

what is the logic behind this

the blocked stock is reduced

the unrestricted stock is increased

one movement is for the from-data, and the other movement for the to-data.

A goods receipt is just one movement

a goods issue is just one movement

a transfer posting is 2 movements, reducing the one and increasing the other

one stock line is a conbination of material, plant, storage location, special stock indicator, stock status, batch number

if one of these elements changes, then you get a movement for reduction in the old combination, and a second movement for increasing of the new combination.
