Error accessing ESR

Hi

From PI 7.1, when I try to access ESR to import the Process Integration Scenariios by clicking on the Tools - Apply Model from ES Repository, I get this error

Connection to system REPOSITORY using application REPOSITORY lost. Detailed information: Error accessing "http://sswpidli03:51000/rep/query/int?container=any" with user "PIDIRUSER". Response code is 401, response message is "Unauthorized

I am already logged into both ESR and ID. Why would I get that error?

Hello,

Ensure you have maintained the correct password, which MUST be the same, for all the service users

on XI. You may check all the places it should be maintained, such as Exchange Profile, SU01, SLDAPICUST, etc..

Also please ensure that the user has the correct role as per link below:

Check the parameters in the exchange profile check the role of the service users PIDIRUSER, PIREPUSER

see that they are not locked , proper passords are maintained

can you ask the basis to check the lock status of this user PIDIRUSER?
