Errors when migrating charts in BW 3.5

Hello. We currently have BW 3.5 installed in our Sandbox system after upgrading it from BW 3.0B. During the upgrade process, the program RSZW_CHART_MIGRATION_35 is ran to migrate your web charts for IGS 6.40. When we run this program, we receive the following error on many of our charts: "Number format of chart item 'name of chart goes here' cannot be converted"

If we open one of the charts that received an error it appears to have removed the the number formatting - for example, instead of seeing dollar amounts (dollar sign, commas, etc.) it is shown as a number with no formatting. Overall the charts do not display as they did in version 3.0B - formatting seems to have been removed. We have approximately 85 charts this has affected - going back and fixing each one of them manually is definitely a last resort.

If anyone has any information to share on this subject, it would be greatly appreciated.

Best regards,

Lynn Peter

I would suggest that you open a SAP customer support message with the problem and the steps to view the error.

      Thanks Mike,

I did contact SAP and I received word last Friday they created a new SAP note. The number is 809949 for those of you interested (note: the language conversions haven't been completed yet so it is only offered in German at this time).
