Updating Snnn Planning versions

Hello,

I've implemented a infocube for a customer structure Snnn, and the Delta update only works for the version 000. This version is updated by the SD documents transactions.

But my structure is updated too by the planning transaction MC94, for the nnn versions. But i verified that in the update tables Snnnnbiw1 and Snnnnbiw2 only stores the 000 version( Real data).

someone can help me?

do you have other stored version in S001 ?

When you performed the init, did you load other versions too ?

Do you know LBW2 transaction where you can copy different versions ?

Hello Roberto!!!

i'm using a client structure Snnn, and i have other versions like A00, A01, A02...

when i start the init all this versions are passed to BW.

But after that when i do the delta update, only the '000' version is updated.

I try to init only with the '000' version, but i have the error: can´t pass the real data with version '000'!

I know the LBW2, but i think that i don´t need it. May i be wrong?

I think, that when the structure is updated with any version, the Snnnbiw1/2 must be updated, but it doesn't occurs. It only updates the '000' version.

try to take a look to OSS Notes 367285 'BW/LIS: Missing data records with version <> 000' and 350044 'Extraction of actual data (version / VRSIO = '000')' in order to better understand version issue...verify if something is applicable otherwise I think you have to refer to OSS Support...let me know !

I can now initialize the version I choose from the 0VTYPE field, but the main problem is when i update the plan data, the Snnn is updated but the Snnnbiw1 not.

The problem maybe is in the R/3 system. I'm going to put a note on the OSS... maybe in the next weeks i have an answer...

I've got the answer to this problem by SAP:

Unfortunately, the functionality you are looking for is not available in the current Plug-in/BW releases. Also, it does not appear that this functionality is currently being developed.

The flexible planning transactions do not utilize the LIS delta tables

so the data will not be included in the delta updates.

You may consider extracting the data via a generic extractor to an ODS

object or other data target.

So i've got a problem, do know any document that can help me doing the extracting the data via a generic extractor to an ODS?
