Calculate Employment Period for Service Awards

Hello Experts,

I need your expertise in cummulating periods to calculate employment period. In calculating Employment period(IT0553), Leaves of Absence - Unpaid & Termination records in IT0000 should NOT be counted if their periods are equal to or greater than 6 months. How can I acheive this??
