Dear Ones,

I have a scenario at my client where they need the capability to attach a document to an invoice in SAP. Is there a provision in FB60 where in I can attach an external document (say a pdf document saved in the desktop) to the invoice? Kindly please let me know if any of you had done this before?

Hi,

There is an icon Service object in FB60 at top. Click it here you attach an external file in FB60. However if nothing happens upon service object icon click then you can still activate this functionality using SGOS for table SGOSCUST. Please to the link given as well.
