MD04 and sales orders

Hello,

We have a part number that is a HAWA (inventory part) where the sales order it is on, does not show on MD04. Every other part on that sales order shows on MD04. I've compared the MRP settings as well as the entire material master and nothing looks discrepant. I've even created another sales order with just that one part, yet MD04 shows no requirements for that sales order.

What could be the problem? Item category is standard TAN just like all the other items on the order. Nothing is unusual.

Once sales order is created

Check in

T CODE: CO06

whether quantity shows or not

Check whether it show the Availabilty check screen while creating sales order in case if qty is not ter.

Thank you. I checked CO06 for that material and it shows under ATP situation: 8/10/2011, MRP Element CStock, and the sales order number/item number. Rec/Rqd. quantity is zero though. It should be 1. See below. Sales order number is 384470 and it shows correctly, but no quantity.

Hello Marianne,

What Availibility check controllor you have for this Hawa material (MRP view) ? Please check , if it has total Sales set to to the correct one you want in transaction ovz2.

Please provide more details if that doesnot solve the issue,

We are using availability check 02, which is what we use on almost all of our parts, so it's not anything different.
