SRM product category replication issue

Hi,

I am trying to replicate the product category from ECC to SRM

I have run the R3AS, but no success,

In SRM SMQ2 no entry created

In ECC SMQ1 no entry created

In R3AM1 "DNL_CUST_PROD1" is running status, not changing to green

I also found that

In R3AM1 DNL_CUST_BASIS3 also running and both the status is block

Please help to resolve status.

Hello,

Check note 720819. It has all customizings which should be done in ECC and SRM to start replications.

the logical system in back-end table was not maintained properly.

Hi Jha,

I am facing similar problem. I have chnecked all the settings in terms of 720189. Everything seems to be fine.

In my case still it is in running status in R3AM1.

what do uo mean by the" logical system in back-end table was not maintained properly " -kindly eleborate

one more thing : R3AS is used for initial load. what about new materials group(product category) added in ECC after run of R3AS of SRM for inital load. In this case what procedure I should follow to replicate new materials group.

Hello Roy,

Kindly follow the below steps to resolve the issue here.

1) Maintain the table TBLSYSDEST in both SRM and ERP system with regards to the logical system and Technical and Dialog rfc's.

Also assign the MW_admin in the rfc user.Register the queues with * smqr.

2) Follow the sap note 720819 and maintain all the 5 tables correctly.

3) Before you start the download, you must use transaction SE38 to execute the report BBP_PRODUCT_SETTINGS_MW in the EBP system. In the 'User' field, enter the consumer name that you selected (for example, "SRM").

Select the radio button depending on whether service products should be active or not. The report starts with the default settings in test mode.

4) Ensure that the table CRMATAB in ERP system holds the entries after the step 1. IF it is blank then follow the sap note 1498111 and run the report SMOF_FILL_CRMATAB in SRM.

5) Also check for the R3-Guid in the tables CRMMLSGUID (SRM system) and CRMPRLS (ERP system ). Both should be identical with the logical system.

Kindly abort and load the object again, it should work fine.

Also to replicate the new material groups, you need to trigger the delta load.

if the DNL_CUST_PROD0 is stuck in SMQ2

(error while running R3AS for DNL_CUST_PROD0 adapter and checking the SMQ2 is getting into SYSFAIL status.

and the detail error says "Incorrect parameter with CALL FUNCTION" for Function Module BAPI_CRM_SAVE. Even, adapter DNL_CUST_PROD1, is getting SYSFAIL error in SMQ1. The detail error is Filter criteria Invalid on function module CRS_FIRST_DOWNLOAD_TRIGGER).

Also First go to SMOEAC and check whether CRM is connected with correct site attribute or not. Then check all the RFC connection. Delete all the existing queues and R3AM1.now go to R3ac3 and refresh the entire Load and try again. Also update the PRODUCT_SETTINGS. Or SE38 Run BBP_PRODUCT_SETTINGS_MW
