ActionInboxConnector Exception.

Hello Experts,

We have configured UWL. It was working fine, suddenly an error has come up. When I click on "Display Connection Status" option in UWL iview, I get the following report.

I have tried refreshing the cache. Can anyone please suggest something ?

What is your portal version and UWLJWF version ?

Did you have a recent portal upgrade ? Search for any recent patches of UWLJWF component and apply them if necessary.

You may choose to deactivate this connector (ActionInboxConnector) from your UWL administration page - if you do not use it. This is used for KM notifications.

We recently changed permissions of KM folder. Could this be a reason that accidently we removed permission from particular folder?

If yes then can you please tell the exact permission required on a particular KM folder to make this work ?
