We have an issue which seems to be around ssl certificates. the changes to enable SSL are the same and are applied to all HR systems but on our UAT it seems it is not getting or accepting a certificate. when i start hreic txn on other systems i get a aecurity alert prompt about certificate and i click yes to enter in the user ID/password and see the hreic screen but on our UAT i do not get this security alert prompt and not sure if i have missed something. Our production EIC service is working fine and there are no issues with certificates.
I know i haven't provided much detail but it seems a minor config missing, regarding certificates which i cannot pinpoint but any help is really appreciated.
