Crystal Reports 2011 Designer Export to PDF... on a Windows XP SP3 machine

I have one customer's machine Windows XP SP3 where export to different formats is not possible. The designer has been installed with the Service pack 1.

- When trying to export the report from the designer under "Export/Export report" there is no possibility PDF in the list box.

- When trying to export the report from the designer under "Export/Export report" when trying to export to Word or RTF there is the message "Failed to export the report"

- When trying to export the report with Excel the designer closes without any messages.

- Other exports HTML, Text, Crystal report, HTML do work.

When trying on a Windows Vista machine or a Windows 7 machine the designer exports the report without any problems.

What could miss in the installation?
